How to Get to Aldarin

Aldarin is a new island in Varlamore which has Mastering Mixology and several beneficial shops for Ironmen, and there are several ways to get there depending on your progress. Below you’ll find the four main travel methods, listed in order of least requirements. The early options are available to everyone, while the Fairy Rings and Quetzal Transportation provide the fastest routes once unlocked.

1. Charter Ship

Using a Charter Ship to get to Aldarin doesn’t have any requirements. It will cost anywhere from 600 – 4500gp depending on where you get on the Charter Ship. Simply head to any charter ship location across Gielinor (such as Port Phasmatys, Catherby, or Port Khazard) and pay the fee to sail directly to Aldarin. While this costs more than standard travel methods, there aren’t any requirements.

2. Sunset Cove

If Charter Ships are too rich for your blood, you can head down to Sunset Cove, which is southwest of Civitas illa Fortis. Go to the most western dock and travel with Antonia. She charges 20gp for a ride over to Aldarin.

3. Quetzal Transportation System

If you have access to the Quetzal Transportation System (requires completion of Twilight’s Promise), taking your Quetzal to Aldarin is probably the quickest method. The landing site is already built so you will have access immediately. A Hunter whistle will put you right next to a Quetzal to take you over.

4. Fairy Rings

Fairy Rings are also one of the fastest ways to access Aldarin if you have access to them (partial completion of Fairy Tale Part II). The code is CKQ and near the center of the island.
