Why I Built This Site
I have always had a passion for making website and Runescape, so I decided to combine them both!
The goal of OSRStips.com is to provide written guides for the guides found on the Youtube channel. The goal of the guides is to condense information from various years old Reddit threads and unnecessarily long videos.
I've been playing RuneScape on and off since the early 2000s — back when it was still RS2. My earliest memory from Runescape is racing a friend to 60 woodcutting to finally chop the yew tree behind the Lumbridge castle. I spent the first month or so playing Runescape chopping trees in that area, selling the logs to the General Store, and not exploring anywhere else.
I've had several RuneScape-related projects over the years (including my first ever website on Geocities), and this site is the culmination of all of them — paired with the OSRS Tips YouTube channel.
