Tears of Guthix Calculator

Weekly XP, which skills it goes to, and how many weeks until every skill reaches your goal

How to use this calculator

About This Calculator

Tears of Guthix can be played once every 7 days after the Tears of Guthix quest, as long as you have gained 1 quest point or 100,000 total XP since your last game. You get one game tick (0.6 seconds) in the cave per quest point, and every blue tear you collect becomes XP in the skill with the least experience. Ties go to the first skill in the order Attack, Strength, Ranged, Magic, Defence, Hitpoints, Prayer, Agility, Herblore, Thieving, Crafting, Runecraft, Mining, Smithing, Fishing, Cooking, Firemaking, Woodcutting, Fletching, Slayer, Farming, Construction, Hunter, Sailing.

Each tear is worth up to 60 XP: 10 + one tenth of every 27 XP already in the skill, so it reaches 60 at about level 30. The hard Lumbridge & Draynor Diary adds 10%. Because the game picks your lowest skill every week, the calculator plays the weeks out one by one and the skill changes as each one catches up.

How to Use

  1. Look up your account — fills in all 24 skills from the OSRS Hiscores, or type your XP in
  2. Enter your quest points — the Hiscores do not show them; they set how many tears you can collect
  3. Untick skills you cannot train yet — Runecraft, Herblore, Construction and Sailing are skipped until unlocked
  4. Set a goal — how many weeks to plan, and optionally a level you want every skill to reach
